Cannabis delivery to your hotel or Airbnb
Most of our Cape Town orders go to visitors’ accommodation. Uber Direct brings indoor flower, THC gummies, pre-rolls and vapes from our De Waterkant store to your door within 90 minutes, usually under 45, in plain packaging with nothing on the outside. Here is how to make it seamless.
How hotel and Airbnb delivery works
Order online and join the collective at checkout with your name, surname and email; you add your passport number afterwards. Put your accommodation address in the delivery field exactly as the hotel or host lists it, then use the delivery notes for everything a courier needs: room or unit number, building name, intercom code, gate instructions, and whether to call you on arrival. The Uber Direct courier carries a plain parcel with no product names visible and hands it to you personally.
At hotels, the simplest routine is to meet the courier in the lobby; most Waterfront, Sea Point and City Bowl hotels are used to it. Some receptions will accept a parcel for a guest if you arrange it with them first. At Airbnbs and apartment blocks, tell us how the courier gets past the gate or the security desk. If you are staying somewhere with a strict no-smoking policy, gummies and vapes are the considerate choice. Serving hotels, guesthouses and short-term rentals across the inner city, the Atlantic Seaboard and, same day by Breaze, Greater Cape Town.

Delivered by Uber
Dispatched from De Waterkant the moment your order is confirmed. Within 90 minutes, typically under 45, in plain, discreet packaging. Order up to 15 minutes before closing.
Picked for a hotel room
Hotel rooms call for discreet and easy to dose. A 96% THC vape leaves no smell, 10mg gummies are the classic first-night edible, and a 1g pre-roll is the right size for a balcony where smoking is permitted.
Is this legal? Yes, and here is how
Since the 2018 Constitutional Court ruling and the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act of 2024, adults in South Africa may possess and use cannabis in private. Dixie Jane is a non-profit private cannabis collective: members collectively own the crop, and what you pay covers cultivation, production and delivery.

No. Packaging is plain with no product names or branding visible, and the courier is a standard Uber Direct driver. Hand-over is to you personally unless you ask reception to receive it.
Usually not; hotels ask couriers to stop at reception or the lobby. Put your room number in the notes so reception can call you, or ask the courier to phone you when they arrive and meet them downstairs. Guesthouses and Airbnbs are typically to the door.
Add the gate code, the intercom name or the security-desk instructions in the delivery notes. If the courier cannot reach you they will call the number on your order, so keep your phone on.
Yes. Join and order on your phone from the airport or on the way in, and schedule the delivery for once you have checked in. Uber orders are dispatched immediately, so place the order about 45 minutes before you want it.
Only if the hotel permits smoking in that room, and South African law limits consumption to private spaces either way. Where smoking is not allowed, a vape or an edible is the discreet, considerate choice.
Yes. Uber Direct covers the inner city and Atlantic Seaboard within 90 minutes. Hotels and guesthouses in the Southern Suburbs, Hout Bay, Blouberg and the Winelands are same day with Breaze for orders before 10:00.
No. Visitors join with a passport number. It takes about a minute during checkout, online or at the counter in De Waterkant.
Orders arrive in plain packaging with no product names visible. Hand-over is to you personally; a guesthouse or hotel reception can receive it if you prefer and they allow it.
A 5mg Grapefruit Glow gummy (5mg THC with 5mg CBD) or half of a 10mg Blueberry Buzz gummy is the gentlest start. Wait at least 90 minutes before taking more. If you prefer to smoke, a 1g sativa pre-roll shared between two people is a light introduction.
