The Cape Town standard
OCB Premium is the black-pack paper you see at every good cafรฉ table in Cape Town, and for a reason: it is one of the thinnest papers made, so you taste the flower and not the wrapper. Made in France from flax fibre with a natural Arabic gum line, it burns slowly and evenly with almost no ash of its own.
This is the King Size booklet, the full-length paper for a proper joint or for rolling for two. Thirty-two leaves per booklet.
Pair it with OCB Virgin Slim filter tips and a #4 Coarse grind from a Flower Mill for a slow, cool, even burn.

The paper
Why ultra-thin matters
The thinner the paper, the less you burn alongside your flower. OCB Premium is transparent when held to the light, which is why it produces almost no paper taste and very little ash. It takes a little more care to roll than a thicker paper; the reward is a cleaner, slower burn.

OCB Premium King Size: Frequently Asked Questions
Both are 109mm long. The King Size is the standard width; Slim is a narrower leaf for a thinner roll. This booklet is the standard-width King Size.
OCB Premium is a white paper, whitened without chlorine. If you prefer an unbleached, natural brown paper, choose OCB Virgin.
OCB is made in France by Republic Technologies, a paper maker that has been producing rolling papers since 1918. It is one of the most widely used papers in the world and the one most of our team rolls with.
Natural Arabic gum from the acacia tree, applied in a thin line. It seals with a light lick and has no taste of its own.
Keep the booklet closed and dry. Humidity is the enemy of a thin paper: a damp booklet tears and burns unevenly. A drawer or your stash jar is perfect; a back pocket on a beach day is not.
