Pick your consistency
The mill plate is the part of a Flower Mill that decides how your flower comes out. This is the replacement and upgrade plate for the 2.0″ Next Gen Premium, precision-cut from food-grade stainless steel and available in four grinds so you can match the mill to how you consume.
Each plate has an integrated centre rod, so swapping takes seconds and there is nothing small to lose. Slide the fitted plate out, drop the new one in, and the same mill goes from vaporiser-fine to slow-burn coarse.
Plates are 34% thicker than first-generation Flower Mill plates and are not compatible with Gen 1 mills or with the Standard edition; they are made for the Next Gen Premium only.

How the grinds differ
The number is the hole size. #1 Extra Fine produces a powder-fine grind that packs a dry-herb vaporiser oven for even heating; #2 Fine suits vaporisers and tight, even joints; #4 Coarse gives a fluffier grind for bowls and slow-burning joints; #5 Extra Coarse is for large bowls and members who like the flower barely broken.

Flower Mill 2.0″ Premium Mill Plate: Frequently Asked Questions
If you vaporise, #2 Fine. If you roll, #4 Coarse. The #3 Medium that came with your mill sits between the two and is the right default if you do both.
No. These plates are cut for the Next Gen Premium 2.0″ only. They are 34% thicker than Gen 1 plates and will not seat in a Gen 1 or a Standard edition mill.
Lift the knob off, lift the fitted plate out by its centre rod, drop the new plate in with the rod facing up, and replace the knob. No tools, no screws.
Brush it dry after each session. When resin builds up, soak it in isopropyl alcohol for ten minutes and rinse; stainless steel takes no harm from it.
Finer isn’t more potent, but it is more even. For vaporisers a fine grind heats uniformly and extracts more completely; for joints too fine a grind burns hot and fast, which is why we suggest #4 for rolling.
