Cannabis delivery in the Southern Suburbs
Indoor flower, THC gummies, pre-rolls and vapes, dispatched from our De Waterkant store by Breaze same-day courier. Order before 10:00 and it arrives the same day in plain packaging, with the live rate shown at checkout.
Cannabis delivery under the mountain
The Southern Suburbs are where Cape Town’s longer-stay visitors settle: the wine estates and guesthouses of Constantia, Newlands and Claremont around the rugby and cricket grounds, Rondebosch and Rosebank near the university, and Kenilworth, Wynberg and Bishopscourt in between. It is a 20-minute drive to De Waterkant on a good day, so most of our members here order online, join at checkout, and let Breaze bring the parcel to the door the same day.
If you would rather visit, the café at 40 Chiappini Street is on the M3 route into town and a natural stop before Bree Street or the Waterfront, with happy hour every day from 15:00 to 18:00. Serving Constantia, Tokai, Bergvliet, Bishopscourt, Newlands, Claremont, Kenilworth, Wynberg, Rondebosch, Rosebank, Mowbray and Pinelands.

Picked for a Constantia stay
Wine-farm afternoons and quiet evenings. Southern Suburbs members lean towards indoor flower by the eighth for a longer stay, 10mg gummies to follow a long lunch, and a relaxing indica pre-roll for the stoep at night.
Is this legal? Yes, and here is how
Since the 2018 Constitutional Court ruling and the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act of 2024, adults in South Africa may possess and use cannabis in private. Dixie Jane is a non-profit private cannabis collective: members collectively own the crop, and what you pay covers cultivation, production and delivery.

A real place to ask
Our café at 40 Chiappini Street, De Waterkant, is open seven days a week.
Place your order before 10:00 and choose Breaze at checkout. It is collected from De Waterkant that morning and delivered the same day, tracked to your door in plain packaging. Orders after 10:00 are dispatched the next day. If you are in Rondebosch, Rosebank or Mowbray and need it sooner, ask us about an Uber Direct quote.
Yes. Add the property name, unit or cottage number and any gate code in the delivery notes. The courier hands over to you personally; a guesthouse reception can receive it if you arrange that with them.
Not yet. Our café and members’ counter is at 40 Chiappini Street in De Waterkant, about 20 minutes up the M3. Most Southern Suburbs members order online for delivery and visit the store when they are in town.
No. Visitors join with a passport number. It takes about a minute during checkout, online or at the counter in De Waterkant.
Orders arrive in plain packaging with no product names visible. Hand-over is to you personally; a guesthouse or hotel reception can receive it if you prefer and they allow it.
A 5mg Grapefruit Glow gummy (5mg THC with 5mg CBD) or half of a 10mg Blueberry Buzz gummy is the gentlest start. Wait at least 90 minutes before taking more. If you prefer to smoke, a 1g sativa pre-roll shared between two people is a light introduction.
