Cannabis delivery to the Republic of Hout Bay
Hout Bay is a village with its own harbour, its own beach and, as the locals joke, its own passport. Visitors rent houses up the valley and along the Sentinel side, stay in the guesthouses on Victoria Road, or take a Llandudno cottage for a week of sunsets. Since the 2018 Constitutional Court ruling and the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act of 2024, adults in South Africa may possess and use cannabis in private. Dixie Jane is a non-profit private cannabis collective: members collectively own the crop, and what you pay covers cultivation, production and delivery.
