Face Off OG: The Mind-Body Disconnect
In the vast lineage of OG Kush variants, Face Off OG stands alone as the most formidable. Named for the iconic thriller because of its literal face-numbing intensity, this cultivar is a time capsule from the golden era of California’s secret gardens.
It is an unapologetic, resin-soaked Indica that smells of gas-soaked citrus and damp, primordial forest earth. This isn’t a strain for socialising or light activity; it is a complete uncoupling from reality.
It belongs to the deep hours of the night when the only remaining goal is to shed the weight of the world and drift into a dreamless, restorative silence.
Face Off OG is the definitive “off switch” for the Dixie Jane collective.

Face Off OG: Frequently Asked Questions
It was named because users of the original phenotype reported a literal “numbing” sensation in the cheeks and forehead, as if the high were physically removing the “mask” of the day’s stress.
It is a transition from mental chatter to total stillness. You will feel a heavy “weight” on your limbs and a profound sense of physical surrender that usually leads to deep, uninterrupted sleep.
In terms of physical sedation, yes. While OG Kush is “The Architect of Calm,” Face Off OG is the “Absolute End.” It is designed for maximum physical uncoupling.
We recommend this exclusively for late evening or night-time. Its potency is geared toward recovery and sleep, not productivity.
The aggressive fuel and chemical citrus notes are markers of high Caryophyllene and Limonene, which work together to melt tension while buffering the heavy sedation with a euphoric undertone.
Yes. Face Off OG is one of our most requested strains for members looking to release severe muscle tightness at the end of the day.
HFF allows the grower to “steer” the plant into its highest possible potency. By feeding the roots small, precise amounts multiple times a day, the plant stays in a peak metabolic state, forcing the production of the heavy resins required for that signature heavy effect.
Because Face Off OG is a heavy, resinous smoke, a clean burn is vital. Our HFF flush ensures that even at these high potency levels, the smoke remains silky and non-irritating.
Start very low. The physical “shutdown” can be intense and sudden. We recommend finding a comfortable place to rest before the onset begins.
