Every gram of flower on our menu is grown indoors by our own collective. Growing indoors is slower and more expensive than growing outside, but it gives us control over every variable. Here is how it works, from seed to jar.
Pedigree seeds, then patience
A great flower can only come from great genetics.
We source breeding stock from respected breeders including Humboldt Seed Company and the Purple City legacy, known for stable, flavourful lines. Even the best seeds produce plants that differ from one another, so we grow many of them out and search for the single plant, or phenotype, with the best combination of structure, potency and aroma.

Control over every variable
Outdoors, weather, pests and soil all change the crop. Indoors, we set the climate for each stage of growth and keep it there. The result is flower that is dense, aromatic and consistent from one batch to the next. Read indoor vs outdoor cannabis for the full comparison.
Small batches, strict hygiene
New genetics are kept in quarantine and tested before they join the main rooms. Our rooms are split into small, separate batches, and tools are sterilised between plants, which protects the crop from pests and plant diseases such as hop latent viroid.
